MSTAT strictly adheres to the principles of lawfulness, objectivity, transparency, and accuracy of the information (personal data) it processes, ensuring the absolute confidentiality, integrity, and availability of this data (secure processing). Additionally, mstat limits the processing to the minimum necessary (processing limitation) and only for the purpose of processing, i.e., sending you newsletters about its new products and services.

For sending newsletters to you, mstat retains the following personal information: your IP address and your email. mstat guarantees, through its certification with the ISO 27001 security standard, that your personal data is stored on its servers within the Greek Territory and protected from illegal hacking, modification, and destruction.

MSTAT does not disclose your data to third parties, except and only if requested through the legal process, to the competent administrative, judicial, and police authorities for reasons of public interest and public safety.

MSTAT does not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes (e.g., sending advertisements) nor uses it for purposes other than informing you about its new products and services.

You have the right to request access to your data at any time, to check the accuracy of your information, correct it, transfer it, or delete it (partially or fully). If you choose to delete or transfer your data, mstat commits to fully and securely delete your data. You also have the right to request information about anything related to your data that mstat processes. Finally, you can, at any time, inform mstat that you withdraw your consent and no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, a fact that we will fully respect.

What is GDPR
