MSTAT, with over two decades of experience in transforming businesses in the mobile ecosystem, is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Technical Presales Specialist to strengthen its Commercial team and support the growth of its corporate messaging solutions.
The Technical Presales Specialist will play a key role in bridging commercial and technical functions, supporting new business acquisition and customer onboarding through technical expertise and consultative guidance.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide technical consultation throughout the presales and onboarding process, ensuring that customer requirements are accurately translated into effective messaging solutions while supporting seamless integrations and long-term client success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and consultation during the presales process to support new business acquisition
  • Understand customer business requirements, technical needs, and messaging use cases
  • Respond to technical questions in RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and sales cycle inquiries
  • Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and technical workshops to provide expert guidance
  • Develop technical documentation, integration guides, and supporting materials
  • Assist customers with API integration testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Provide technical support for custom implementations
  • Support escalated technical issues, conducting in-depth analysis and coordinating resolution with internal teams
  • Gather and document customer feedback regarding technical capabilities and platform performance
  • Contribute to sales enablement initiatives by training internal teams on technical features and solution capabilities
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of the internal CRM system
